The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, making transportation easy. the rooms are clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering local advice and carrying out special requests. There is a park nearby that can be accessed for free. the hotel provides good value for money.
The restaurant menus are limited and meals can be expensive.

Located in a nice area surrounded by nature with a lot of outdoor activities to do close by. the breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of food options.
The hotel service was awful, they didn't seem to care about their guests. Our room was uncomfortable and not very clean, we even found some old food under the bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us a choice of rooms and providing plenty of local advice. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa which had 3 saunas and a steam room. The location was perfect, with the ski lift very close and the ability to ski back to the hotel. We also loved the nearby park, accessible by gondola, and the Rodelbahn right next door. this hotel provided a clean and convenient experience with a nice children's playroom, good kitchen, and fast service.

The hotel’s location was ideal for outdoor activities. The parking space was very spacious and convenient. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fruits, the perfect way to start our mornings. the hotel's wellness area provided a turkish bath and a bio sauna that were very relaxing.
The massage room was quite noisy, which impacted the quality of our massages. The floor heating was way too high, and we had to keep the windows open during the night, which was not ideal as it was quite cold outside.
